7. Requirements
 
  1. A minimum of 2 directors (IC & Email add) with having residential address in Malaysia;

  3. Appointment of at least a CoSec be it in-house or external;

  4. To hold company’s statutory meeting within 3 months from the date on the incorporation certificate and the preparation of Statutory Report (Section 142)
