Boardroom Minor & Major Rental Services & Packages available at Ipoh's office:
Boardroom Minor for Walk- in, (BO) Silver, BO Gold & BO Emerald packages are as below:
i.In order to enjoy the special packages for Boardroom Minor, subscriber needs to subscribe for 1 year and no refund will be given if any termination of the packages purchased. All boardrooms rental usage are on during office hours on weekday and upon appointment on weekend.
ii. We reserved the rights in providing our boardroom services.
iii. Boardroom Minor is a 6 seaters boardroom which is suitable for small group discussion while Boardroom Major is a 10 seaters boardroom which is suitable for organizing EGM, AGM or small group presentation.
Walk- in usage for Boardroom Minor:
a. RM 30 per hour and limited to 5 hours usage perday which is suitable for:
i. Directors' meeting;
ii. Group Discussion;
iii. To resolved simple company matters.
BO Silver package @ RM 20 per month X 12 months= RM 240.00
a. Usage of 1 hour of the boardroom per month.
BO Gold package @ RM 125 per month x 12 months= RM 1,500.00
a. Usage of 10 hours of the boardroom per month.
BO Emerald package @ RM 150 month X 12 months= RM1,800.00
a. Usage of 16 hours of the boardroom per month.
Walk- in usage for Boardroom Major:
a. RM 60 per hour and limited to 5 hours usage perday which is suitable for:
i. Directors and shareholders' meeting;
ii. Company Emergency General Meeting;
iii. Company Annual General Meeting;
v. Short trainings or presentations.
i. Administration staff support @ RM 35 per hour;
ii. Fax @ RM 1.00 per page (local or national) and RM 2.00 per page (international);
iii. Photocopy @ RM 0.50 per page (black & white);
iv. Printing @ RM 0. 70 per page (black & white), RM 2.00 per page (color);
v. Scanning @ RM 2.00 per page;
vi. Courier Service @ Discounted Rate + RM 2.00 Handling Fee;
vii. Rental of Projector @ RM 250 per workday with resolution of 1024 X 768 and package with sound system available upon early bookings with additional charge;
viii. Professional services: Accounts, Advisory, CoSec, GST & Tax available upon request.
